Part 145 Maintenance Organisation

Part 145 Maintenance Organisation maintains aircraft that fall within the scope of their approval.

This is the only maintenance organisation that may maintain commercial air transport aircraft (CAT).

These organizations will be approved in accordance with Part 145 of the Minister of Transport Order No.110 dated 02/10/2012, which transposes Commission Regulation (EC) 2042/2003 of 20/11/2003 “on the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, parts and appliances, and on the approval of organisations and personnel involved in these tasks”, as well as EU Regulation 1321/2014, passing on the stages as mentioned above.
