EASA Aircraft

All kinds of flight operations are subject to Air Traffic Act and Ordinance on the Rules of the Air.

EASA aircraft means an aircraft which is according to M.O. 3/2011 (transposition of Regulation (EU) 216/2008) of European Parliament and Council from 20 February 2008, under the jurisdiction of European Aviation Safety Agency.

Non-Commercial Operations with Complex Motor Powered Aircraft (NCC), Specialized Operations (SPO) and State Operations by EASA aircraft may be conducted by an aircraft operator, in accordance with Rulebook on Requirements for Operation of Aircraft Operations and Organizational Requirements to Meet Aircraft Operators.

Present and potential NCC operators are obliged to act as per instructions given in EASA AMC/GM Part NCC Amendment 10, 28.03.2017 by amending M.O. 151/2014 (EU Reg.no 965/2012) Part NCC

Present and potential SPO operators are obliged to act as per instructions given in Regulation (EU) No 379/2014 that amends Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 on air operations by complementing it with Part-SPO.
