Part M -Subpart F Maintenance Organisations

Part M- Subpart F Maintenance Organisations may maintain aircraft that fall within the scope of their approval, provided that the aircraft are not used in commercial air traffic (CAT) and that their maximum take-off mass does not exceed 5700 kg.

These organizations will be approved in accordance with Part M, Subpart F of Minister’s Order No.110 dated 02/10/2012, which transposes Commission Regulation (EC) 2042/2003 of 20/11/2003 “on the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, parts and appliances, and on the approval of organisations and personnel involved in these tasks “, as well as EU Regulation 1321/2014, passing on the stages as in the case of the approval of Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations referred to above.
