Non-Commercial Operations with Complex Motor Powered Aircraft (NCC) / Specialized Operations (SPO)

Non-Commercial Operations with Complex Motor Powered Aircraft (including specialized operations) may be conducted by an aircraft operator issued an Aircraft Operator Certificate for non-commercial operations with complex motor powered aircraft. Commercial Specialized operations may be conducted by an aircraft operator issued an Aircraft Operator Certificate for commercial operations other than commercial air transport. To obtain an Aircraft Operator Certificate, operators must complete a thorough process to satisfy Albanian Civil Aviation Authority that they are competent to secure the safe operation of aircraft. Upon issuance of Aircraft Operator Certificate, aircraft operators are subject to rigorous oversight by the Albanian Civil Aviation Authority in order to determine continuous compliance with regulations in the field of management system, operational control, conduct of flight operations and many other areas.
